All caps with underscore?

Hello i just started here, when i was about to log ingame it says " Password is incorrect" but it's literally correct. i tried so many times it wont let me in. i don't know whats happening. please help. *EDIT* Sorry you might delete this post if see this because i accidentally post in spanish section, Sorry.
